Charlie is a Director specialising in Board and senior level searches for consumer facing PE and VC-backed, listed and private businesses, going through digital growth and/or transformation.
With over 15 years of international executive search experience, working for some of Europe’s top boutique search firms, Charlie has an extensive network and is passionate about the ever-changing consumer space and the role digital plays in driving new consumer behaviour.
Prior to joining the Up Group in 2021, Charlie led the Consumer Digital and Retail practice at Blackwood Group for seven years, focusing particularly on companies going through change, (growth, digital transformation, internationalisation). Previously Charlie spent seven years at JCA Group, London’s leading Board level search firm where she was Head of Research. She read Ancient History at The University of Bristol.
