Back in Berlin for our eighth networking dinner
Berlin, a vibrant hub of innovation and technology, recently played host to our eighth Berlin Networking Dinner. With a curated guestlist consisting of 80 influential Investors, CEOs, Board Members, and C-suite Executives, the evening promised opportunities for informal networking and forging meaningful connections.
Attendees included Trustpilot, EQT Ventures, Flix, Google, HV Capital, Scout24 Group, HolidayPirates, Taxfix, Wunderflats, Idealo, Blinkist, SumUp, GetYourGuide, Gorillas, Urban Sports Club, PayPal, FREE NOW, GoStudent, Hedosophia, Dance and Lendis.

The evening was hosted by Up Directors, Stephanie de Wangen, Lydia Shepherd, and Danielle Ward. Their passion ensured the event kicked off on a high note, starting with a delightful drinks reception where guests reconnected with familiar faces and engaged with new peers. This was soon followed by a seated dinner which included our infamous seating rotation to maximise guests' networking opportunities.
We were delighted to be joined by Ait Voncke, CEO at AVIV Group, and Mirko Caspar, Co-CEO at Mister Spex who both shared their unique career journeys, providing insights into the German tech ecosystem. Their stories left a lasting impact, emphasising the significance of fostering genuine connections with customers and employees. As the business landscape evolves, their wisdom resonated deeply, guiding attendees as they navigate the shift from growth to profitability.
