Lily is a Director at The Up Group and joined us in April 2021.

Prior to The Up Group, Lily was a Consultant at Leathwaite, a boutique executive search firm. During her seven years with Leathwaite she specialised in CTO and technology leadership placements globally.

Lily graduated from the University of Exeter with a degree in History. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School.
