Sarah is a Director at The Up Group.

Sarah has been with The Up Group for almost a decade. She is a generalist and leads searches for companies at all stages of the growth curve, from VC-backed founder-led start-ups, to PE/VC-backed late-stage tech unicorns, to scaled public businesses across Europe.

Sarah is also a passionate advocate for Diversity & Inclusion in the tech industry, and co-leads The Up Group’s D&I Committee.

Sarah graduated from Oxford University with a First Class Masters in French and European Enlightenment, after completing her BA in Modern Foreign Languages, also at Oxford University.
