Sarah is a Director at The Up Group.

Prior to joining The Up Group in 2018, Sarah spent several years in C-level executive search with global search businesses Spencer Stuart and Korn Ferry.  With Spencer Stuart, Sarah covered executive positions in the energy, chemicals, manufacturing, transportation, and construction and building materials spaces.  At Korn Ferry, she sat within the EMEA HR Centre of Expertise and worked cross-sector on CHRO, Reward, and Talent roles.

Her earlier career includes six years at an Oil & Gas boutique search firm in Texas and Scotland before she moved to London in 2008. Her international and cross-border search work has encompassed the Americas, Europe, West and North Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. 

Sarah attended Smith College and graduated from Vassar College in New York with a degree in English Literature and Composition.
